Another visit by Sunrise Irrigation and another satisfied experience. Jared was very professional and thorough. He explained the issues he saw and his recommendations and left us a couple of quotes to decide on. We had an excellent experience with James B. as our electrician. James delivered everything I ever dreamed of as the ideal experience I could possibly have with an electrician. James is courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and professional. He patiently explained our issues and proposed various solutions. He was quick to provide detailed estimates and revise those estimates upon request. After we agreed to the work, James was impeccable cleaning up after himself and he caused minimal disruption to our daily routines. I especially appreciate the company's buttoned-up scheduling practices. They call to confirm the appointment, and then call and text the day of arrival to give you continuous updates on when you can expect your electrician to arrive. The company also has an excellent training policy in place. Every time James arrived, he had an apprentice with him. It was interesting to hear James explain what he was doing and why. Our home is old (1947), and James was knowledgeable about this old house's nuances. I could tell the apprentices enjoyed learning from James and asked him many questions. About 1 week after the work was completed, we were having some issues with the doorbell he installed overheating. James returned promptly to recheck every aspect of his installation at no charge. He noted nothing wrong with the installation and gave us advice on changes we could make to our doorbell settings to fix the issue. We haven't had a problem since. If you're thinking of working with this company, based on the experience we had with James, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

This was the first company I called, and I called several, that answered the phone in person with a knowledgeable scheduler. He was great .When I explained to him that I already had a no show from a different company he said he'd put down to call if something earlier came up. Which it did! Again got a call from a nice woman who asked if the new time was convenient. Yes again! She told me who was coming and what time. Kevin was on time, very knowledgeable and very personable. I needed an electrical company to complete a major job for me with a quick turnaround. I called Sunrise just before Noon, and they had an electrician headed to the property within an hour. Henry was very professional, completed the inspection and quote, which was approved immediately. Henry said he would begin the work that afternoon, and he did. Working until dark, he said he would be back first thing the next day. True to his word, he was timely, and he and his helper worked tirelessly throughout a brutally hot day, finishing the job after dark that evening. We recently had James from Sunrise Electric come out to our home to change some light fixtures and hang a few ceiling fans. From the get-go Shelly in the office made the process go so smoothly (with a great attitude as well) James was very friendly and courteous. He even used the shoe cover things even when we said he didn't have to. The professionalism James and the ENTIRE Sunrise Organization showed my family was outstanding. I called Sunrise Electric late on a Friday night because we had half power in our house. Sunrise dispatched Alex to our home. Alex was extremely polite and maintained clear communication throughout his time in our home. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly and effectively and had us back up and running in no time. We asked Brett from Sunrise to replace the switches in our circuit breaker box, to fix or replace the remotes in two outside ceiling fans and to install a new outside outlet., We also wanted a third fan installed in a separate seating area but were unsure if the wiring would be accessible He arrived as scheduled, replaced the switches in the circuit box, installed two new remotes and receivers and installed the outlet as requested. He determined that a new fan could be installed and installed the proper wiring.and said he would return and install the new fan once we had purchased it. Sunrise followed up less than two weeks later to see if we had the new fan and rescheduled Brett to come back. We also had purchased a new light fixture and asked him to install it as well. He did both jobs. There was no charge for installing the light fixture nor for switching two of the fans. I was pleased with the work done by Brett and his assistants and with the way that Sunrise followed up to make sure the job was completed. I will certainly call on them again for needed future electrical work.

Our experience with Sunrise began 30 minutes earlier than was originally quoted. It was preceded with 2 courtesy calls that Danny was en route to our house to give us an estimate on a few jobs throughout the house. Needless to say we started off on the right foot.Danny proceeded to walk through the house with me to identify all the trouble spots that needed attention. Approximately 8 jobs later, he was able to quote a fair price for the work to be completed. He spent all day at our house to finish each and every project at once. He also gave some insight and opinions on other spots throughout the house that we didnt pull the trigger on updating just yet.Danny was professional and considerate. Henry was a wealth of information and took time with me to review the work that needed done. There was also a follow up phone call the next day to see if I had any additional questions. I have used Sunrise Irrigation in the past and loved them...glad to know that their electrical division is just as great. Love using local businesses!!

I can’t say enough about Kevin C. and Sunrise Electric. Kevin arrived on time, was personable, professional and highly-knowledgeable— taking time to answer all of my questions. After providing a fair estimate, he proceeded to knock out my long list of electrical needs in the same visit. This included an upgraded panel, surge protector, installation of fixtures, smoke alarms, switches. He exceeded my expectations and I would give him 6-stars if I could. Well done, Kevin.

Our experience with Sunrise began 30 minutes earlier than was originally quoted. It was preceded with 2 courtesy calls that Danny was en route to our house to give us an estimate on a few jobs throughout the house. Needless to say we started off on the right foot.Danny proceeded to walk through the house with me to identify all the trouble spots that needed attention. Approximately 8 jobs later, he was able to quote a fair price for the work to be completed. He spent all day at our house to finish each and every project at once. He also gave some insight and opinions on other spots throughout the house that we didnt pull the trigger on updating just yet.Danny was professional and considerate. He had a very positive personality and was very accommodating to our needs.I would recommend Sunrise, and specifically Danny, for any electrical work needed, and he'll be my go-to for future needs as well.

Another visit by Sunrise Irrigation and another satisfied experience. Jared was very professional and thorough. He explained the issues he saw and his recommendations and left us a couple of quotes to decide on. We have been very happy with the sunrise maintenance plan and all the techs who have been out each quarter to check on our system!

I just had my quarterly maintenance check with Jarek. He was great, knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. He adjusted several sprinkler heads for better coverage. Job well done.
